Processing 

Processing time is separate from shipping speed. Longer processing times occur due to high order volume.

• Processing time for Ready to ship (RTS) sets: 1-4 days (excluding shipping, weekends, and holidays) 
• Processing times for Custom orders: 3-7 days (Excluding weekends, holidays, and shiping. 

 Shipping 

USPS is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19; visit their website for more information. Once shipped, all orders are updated with a tracking number. Nails by Jnice is not liable for stolen or lost packages.

Once orders are shipped, customers should contact USPS regarding shipping information. Please be sure your package is being sent to a secure location. We do not require a signature for USPS deliveries.
